These terms cover your use of soriostudio.com. Sorio Studio is a marketing consultancy owned and operated by Christina DiFerdinando in Washington State. By using this website, you accept these terms.
The short version. This website describes marketing services for advisory firms. It is not investment advice, and it is not a contract. Booking a call costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If we end up working together, a separate signed agreement governs that work, not this page.
This site is not financial or investment advice
Sorio Studio provides marketing and client acquisition services. We are not an investment adviser, a broker-dealer, an accountant, or a law firm, and nothing on this website is investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or to adopt any particular investment approach.
If you are a registered investment adviser or work at one, you remain solely responsible for your own regulatory and compliance obligations, including the review and approval of any marketing material before it is used. We will work with your compliance process; we do not replace it.
No promise of results
Marketing results depend on your firm, your market, your offer, and how the work is carried out. Any figures, examples, or case descriptions on this site illustrate what is possible. They are not a prediction, a projection, or a guarantee of what your firm will achieve. Your results will differ.
Research and third-party figures
Where this site cites industry research, the source is named so you can check it yourself. That research belongs to the organisations that produced it. We reproduce their findings in good faith but do not independently guarantee them, and citing a study is not a claim that its authors endorse Sorio Studio.
Booking a call
Booking a discovery call is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is a conversation, not an engagement. We may decline to work with a firm, and you may walk away, for any reason.
Information you submit
If you fill in a form, join our email list, or download a resource, you are responsible for what you enter being accurate and for having the right to share it. Do not submit confidential client information, personal financial data about your clients, or anything your own compliance policy does not allow you to send to an outside vendor. How we handle what you do submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
If we work together
Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us, covering scope, fees, timing, confidentiality, and termination. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement, and where this website and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins. Prices or packages described here may change and are not an offer.
Our content
The text, design, and materials on this website belong to Sorio Studio. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share a link to it. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it to sell, to pass off as your own, or to build a competing offer.
Links to other sites
This site links to a small number of outside pages, including our scheduling tool and the research we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you land there.
